National Delegates (Board of Directors)
KPAC is governed by a National Board of Delegates, comprising two representatives elected from each of the six member networks (plus an additional ‘shadow’ representative from each).
KPAC’s Board is guided by KPAC’s Constitution and a clear Board Terms of Reference.
The Board includes 4 elected office-bearers:
- Chair – Cathy Ketepa
- Vice-Chair – Delma Yeki
- Secretary – Willie Wariembu
- Treasurer – Cathy Kai
This Board provides strategic direction, oversight, and ensures that KPAC remains accountable to the communities that it serves, as well as its partners and donors.
The Board plays a central role in:
- Reviewing and updating KPAC’s constitution and governance policies
- Shaping strategic priorities based on community needs
- Advocating for inclusive policy and programmatic change at the national level
The Delegates meet regularly to review progress, set future directions, and strengthen collaboration across provinces and partner networks.
