KPAC PNG and Anglicare PNG are working together to strengthen community outreach and foster more supportive attitudes toward key populations within HIV prevention and care. Anglicare’s long history of delivering community-based health and social services provides a strong foundation for engaging communities and faith groups, while KPAC PNG brings the voices and perspectives of key populations to the centre of this work. Their partnership aims to reduce stigma, promote accurate HIV information, and ensure that key populations can access services in safe, understanding environments.
KPAC PNG and ADRA PNG are working together to strengthen advocacy and engage faith-based communities to build greater awareness, understanding, and support for key populations within Papua New Guinea’s HIV response. The partnership combines KPAC PNG’s community-led leadership and lived-experience advocacy with ADRA’s deep networks within churches and faith communities across the country. Together, they aim to reduce stigma, promote compassionate and evidence-based dialogue, and foster more inclusive environments where key populations can access HIV information, services, and support without discrimination.
KPAC PNG and Callan Services National Unit (CSNU) are partnering to strengthen the inclusion of people with disability within Papua New Guinea’s HIV response—particularly those from key populations who live with a disability. Through this collaboration, KPAC PNG brings its community-led leadership, national reach, and deep understanding of the barriers faced by key populations, while CSNU contributes its specialist expertise in disability inclusion, rehabilitation, and accessible service delivery. Together, they are working to ensure that HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and support services are more inclusive, rights-affirming, and responsive to the needs and experiences of people with disability across PNG.
KPAC PNG collaborates with Catholic Church Health Services (CCHS) to promote greater inclusion and understanding of key populations within the national HIV response. CCHS’s strong presence in communities across PNG, combined with its commitment to compassionate, people-centred care, creates opportunities for meaningful engagement on HIV awareness and stigma reduction. KPAC PNG contributes community expertise and advocacy leadership to help ensure that key populations feel supported, respected, and able to access essential services without fear of discrimination.
KPAC PNG and Christian Health Services (CHS) are working together to strengthen faith-based engagement in HIV awareness and to support more inclusive attitudes toward key populations. CHS’s broad health service network and connection to diverse denominations offer a powerful platform for promoting acceptance and understanding, while KPAC PNG provides grounded insights into the experiences and needs of key populations. Together, they aim to foster environments where stigma is reduced and communities are empowered to provide compassionate, informed support.
KPAC PNG and The Salvation Army are collaborating to encourage supportive, stigma-free engagement with key populations within PNG’s HIV response. With The Salvation Army’s deep history of community service and social outreach, the partnership focuses on fostering respectful dialogue, raising awareness, and building understanding across congregations and community programs. KPAC PNG brings lived experience and advocacy expertise, helping to ensure that key populations are welcomed, valued, and able to access HIV information and services with dignity.
KPAC PNG partners with Rotarians Against Malaria (RAM) to strengthen malaria prevention efforts by supporting the distribution of long-lasting insecticide-treated bed nets across communities in Papua New Guinea. Through this collaboration, KPAC PNG’s community-led organisations play a key role in reaching key populations and other underserved groups, helping to ensure equitable access to essential malaria prevention tools. By combining RAM’s technical expertise with KPAC PNG’s strong, community-driven networks, the partnership contributes to safer, healthier communities nationwide.
KPAC PNG is partnering with the United Church to encourage more inclusive, informed, and compassionate engagement with key populations within the HIV response. Through this collaboration, the United Church’s extensive community and congregational networks provide an important platform for dialogue, awareness-raising, and reducing stigma, while KPAC PNG brings lived experience, community leadership, and advocacy expertise. Together, they are helping faith communities better understand the realities faced by key populations and promoting messages of dignity, care, and support.
