KPAC’s National Response Centre

The National Response Centre (NRC) is KPAC’s central operational hub for the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiative.

Designed to ensure timely and community-driven feedback, the NRC serves as the primary point for data coordination, public inquiries, and issue resolution.

Through its accessible communication channels, the NRC connects communities with vital health information and services, while supporting national-level advocacy and accountability in the HIV response.

NRC Contact Channels

”A transgender woman from Central Province recently reached out to the National Response Center (NRC) after seeing a social media post promoting access to HIV and STI services. Following her inquiry, she was referred to Living Light Health Services (LLHS), operated by Four Square Church.

Upon receiving care at LLHS, the client expressed immense satisfaction with the services provided — particularly the comprehensive and affirming sexual health examination, which included anal screening and other specialized services that are often inaccessible in many health facilities.

Overwhelmed by the respectful, professional, and inclusive care she received, the client returned to the NRC to share her gratitude and positive experience. She highlighted the exceptional quality of services at LLHS, stating that it surpassed her expectations and filled a crucial gap in healthcare for transgender individuals in the region.

Motivated by her experience, she has committed to encouraging her peers to seek services at LLHS, recognizing it as a safe and welcoming space that offers thorough and respectful sexual health care.

This story underscores the critical importance of inclusive, client-centered healthcare services and reflects the growing impact of strategic partnerships in reaching key populations with dignity and care.
