Commitment to Standards & Ethical Governance

KPAC PNG is committed to strong governance, accountability, and transparency in all that we do. Our policies and frameworks guide how we work, ensuring that our organisation operates with integrity, complies with national requirements, and upholds the highest standards expected of a community-led organisation.

This section brings together the key documents that guide KPAC PNG’s work, including our Constitution, Strategic Plan, and outward-facing governance policies. These documents set out the rules, principles, and commitments that ensure KPAC PNG is:

  • Accountable – to our communities, members, partners, and donors.

  • Transparent – in how decisions are made and resources are managed.

  • Inclusive – by embedding gender equality, disability equity, and social inclusion in all aspects of our governance and operations.

  • Compliant – with PNG law, donor requirements, and international standards of best practice.

By making these documents publicly available, KPAC PNG demonstrates its dedication to being a responsible and trustworthy partner. We believe that strong governance is the foundation for effective advocacy, sustainable programs, and meaningful impact in the HIV and broader health and human rights response.
