Our Partners & Donors.

KPAC PNG works alongside national and international partners who share our deep commitment to the health, rights, and wellbeing of key populations across Papua New Guinea. These partnerships are built on trust, shared goals, and a united vision of ensuring inclusive development, equal access to services, and the elimination of stigma and discrimination.

From core funding to policy support and program implementation, our partners and donors play a vital role in amplifying the voices of marginalised communities and strengthening KPAC’s advocacy and service delivery.

Strategic & Development Partners

These organisations provide critical financial support, policy advice, and technical guidance that enable KPAC to function at national scale.

  • UNAIDS – Supports KPAC’s national strategy alignment and HIV response coordination

  • Australian Government (DFAT) – Provides funding and policy support for regional development initiatives

  • PEPFAR – Supports community-based interventions and public health programming

  • FHI 360 – Offers technical assistance and monitoring support across targeted KP programs

Program Implementation Partners

These partners work directly with KPAC to co-design and roll out programs that directly impact communities on the ground.

  • National Department of Health (NDoH) – A primary government partner in national HIV and health program integration

  • Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria – Funds critical prevention and treatment programs

  • World Vision International – Implements health and education initiatives alongside KPAC

  • UNAIDS Regional Support Team – Provides regional strategy, data, and coordination support

Civil Society & Community Allies

KPAC values strong alliances with organisations that champion human rights, legal empowerment, social inclusion, and gender-based advocacy.

  • Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs)

  • Human Rights Defenders and Legal Aid Partners

  • Women’s Rights and GBV Advocacy Networks

  • Youth & Peer-Led Community Groups

Together, we work to break down barriers and ensure no one is left behind.
